Get in touch with one of our team members to build your quote, let us know your preferred pickup and drop-off dates. Need assistance deciding on specific gear for your shoot? Feel free to ask our team and we’ll be happy to advise.

Lock in your request with one of our team, once the quote has been confirmed we’ll reserve the equipment in our system and have it prepared for your shoot.

New Account paperwork will need to be filled out here, be sure to provide information in all of the required fields and don’t forget your state issued ID and credit card.

Get Coverage, insurance is required to rent equipment from us at Bokeh, if you don’t have your own annual policy for rented equipment, feel free to get a free quote for short term insurance via our insurance portal. The value of your rented equipment will be listed on your quote/invoice.

Prep and Shipping of your equipment will be dealt with by one of our trained prep technicians. We will pre build and test your equipment before shipment to ensure that all is ready for you to use upon arrival. Be sure to let us know of any specific spec requests. Once ready we’ll securely pack your equipment and hand it to our friends at FedEx

Return Prep and ship your equipment back to us, be sure to package everything back in the box as it was received and report of any damages to the equipment directly to us. Be sure to use the return label that we supply and ship with FedEx

Inspections of your equipment will take place by a member of our team and we’ll let you know if there are any problems.
